Aam Aadmi Party supremo and sitting Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has once again asked the Congress to join hands for defeating the BJP in the upcoming 2019 Lok Sabha elections.

Congress Party President Rahul Gandhi had rejected the AAP’s offer for seat sharing in Delhi before leading to speculations being made that there will be no alliance between the two parties.

There might still be hope for the alliance though as Kejriwal tweeted the following in Hindi, “The people of this country want to make the duo of Amit Shah and Modi lose the election. If the JJP, AAP and Congress fight the Lok Sabha elections in Haryana together then the BJP will not win in any of the 10 seats. Rahul Gandhi should think about this,”

This tweet comes at a time when the Opposition is coming together in every state to oppose the BJP government and could be a game changer for Haryana.

The AAP and Congress will not be contesting the 7 seats in Delhi as an alliance but Haryana could be where the two parties decide join hands with another partner, the Jananayaka Janata Party(JJP).
