Although not yet released in India, you can still order this new powerful mobile gaming smartphone in one of many online stores in China.
Starting on March 6, the price will vary based on which one of the four versions you pick:
- 2,998 yuan or Rs. 31,700 for the 6GB RAM/128GB variant
- 3,298 yuan or Rs 34,900 for the 8GB/128GB variant
- 3,598 yuan or Rs 38,000 for the 8GB/256GB variant
- 4,298 yuan or Rs 45,500 for the 12GB/256GB variant
As for colours, only two options are available – blue and orange.
We already mentioned in passing that this is a powerful gaming smartphone. The minimum default of 6GB RAM would already indicate this, but the new Vivo iQOO also comes with the latest Snapdragon 855 processor to ensure smooth mobile gaming and multi-tasking.
Extra focus on mobile gaming includes advanced cooling features in the form of a vapour chamber and the so-called ‘super liquid cooling’. You also have the option to enable Multi-Turbo which automatically switches between 4G and WiFi, in addition to boosting app boot-up time by about 30%.
Like all the latest higher end smartphones, it has a triple camera system on the back (Sony IMX363 12MP+12MP+2MP) and the 12MP camera on the front.
Sadly, the battery capacity is in the lower range at 4,000mAh, but it does come bundled with Vivo’s proprietary SuperFlash charging technology drawing from 44W. Therefore, you can expect the phone to be fully charged in less than one hour.
